Bonding is the process of forming a unique, close relationship between you and your baby.  This creates strong foundations for years to come.

Infant Massage provides increased intimacy and one on one time, can be a great way for working parents to spend quality time with their babies and can help to give fathers increased confidence as they learn these unique handling techniques.  In some instances bonding with your baby can be a delayed or a slow process, for example, after premature birth, caesarean delivery, medical complications, adoption or post-natal depression, and infant massage is great therapy in these circumstances.  Special needs infants can also benefit from infant massage as unique signals become more easily understood.

Classes are conducted in a friendly environment and quickly put your baby at ease.  Learning is individually structured to meet the needs of both you and baby.  Techniques are applied gradually to allow your baby to become familiar with infant massage and the processes involved.  Our Embrace Life qualified professional teacher is on hand throughout the course to guide you and address your questions.

Investment: $160 Course runs for 5 consecutive weeks.

Ideally babies should be non-crawling.
